This week and exciting collaboration was formed between an iconic brand and a modern brand – each sharing similar philosophy and an attention to detail.   The world renown Beverly Hills Hotel,  known for its banana leaf pattern, has paired with the KOIO shoes to create a small capsule collection of sleek stylish runners.   Three very different styles to satisfy everyones needs.   I loved them all that I couldn’t decide which pair I wanted to sport!   The hightop with a touch of sueded green leather at the ankle is a perfect show stopper that anyone would notice and covet.  The low top is a versatile and can work with most any look and still give your outfit the bump that it needs.  However, the unique and novelty pink and green shoe was spectacular and remembered; a low top with rose gold, and light pink suede accents.

Each shoe has the distinct BHH banana leaf pattern on the outside. Inside (secretly) is the green and white stripes mimicked from lounge chairs you glamorously relax on by the famous palm-tree lined pool. The whole collection was very cohesive, lux, and iconic – very representative of the Beverly Hills Hotel!

Johannes and Chris began KOIO shoes in 2014, with a mission to create their dream shoe that is both versatile and quality driven. Each of the shoes are handmade in Civitanova, Italy. All of their shoes are made with calf-skin leathers and hand finished, taking up to four hours per shoe. Of course nothing more quality driven than the BHH – which makes this partnership work.

The BHH x KOIO collaboration can only be purchased at the hotel gift shop where you can find other fun and gifts and apparel in the longstanding, fashionable banana print. Pricing is affordable for those who frequent the hotel. If you aren’t close to Beverly Hills you can always call the gift shop and have them sent to you while they are still available. Quantity is limited.   If you do make it by, don’t forget to go into the coffee shop for the best blueberry pancakes if you make it.
